Community Outreach and Education

Due to precautions being taken as the result of the COVID-19 pandemic Plano Fire-Rescue has temporarily suspended all outreach and education activities. Feel free to call us with questions or concerns as we are still available to assist over the phone.

Plano Fire-Rescue’s Community Outreach and Education Office provides quality fire and life safety initiatives and programs to educate and inform those who live, work, and visit Plano.  Our goal is to prevent the fires and injuries that impact our citizens.  In addition, the Community Outreach and Education Office staff strives to keep our community informed on the most current safety information, happenings and events of Plano Fire-Rescue, and outreach opportunities.
