Owners Rick Debus and Anita Li designed and directed the construction to ensure sustainability. A Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roof offers energy savings. Extra insulation, LED lighting and landscaping including drought-tolerant Zoysia grass reduce the building’s carbon footprint.
- Corporate Campus: Capital One
Green amenities for this financial powerhouse are LED lighting, 100% green energy, 14 electric vehicle charging stations and bicycles for on-campus use. Employees enjoy an onsite garden and volunteer for an annual coat drive.
