    In-person, by phone, or through social media, you can join in the Plano Town Hall during scheduled meetings where the City Council will serve as your special hosts. The next scheduled Plano Town Hall is Thursday, August 9, 2018 from 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. The informal dialogue of this meeting will focus on the 2018-2019 City of Plano Recommended Budget and Capital Investment Program and rotate between callers and in-person participants.Knowledgeable city staff will be available to expand the conversation. In-person participants will have an opportunity at the microphone, while callers can listen as they wait for their turn to be patched through to the Council Chamber. To watch live video streaming of the Plano Town Hall, go to the Plano TV website. If you miss the live taping, it will be available in the city’s video archives for future viewing.

    Registration for summer camps and classes begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 5 for Plano residents and at 5 a.m. on Monday, May 7 for everyone else. Classes begin the week of June 4. Swim, run, do tae kwon do, brush up on professional development skills, paint, dance, fish or learn to pickleball...these opportunities and more can be found in the Summer 2018 Recreation Catalog.

    Join us for the Downtown Plano Art & Wine Walk 2018 Season, presented by Plano Magazine! Participants sample select wines at their favorite shops while enjoying live music, art exhibitions, and special discounts. August's theme is "Dog Days of Summer." 5% of each month's ticket sales go to a charity beneficiary. August's Charity of the Month is: Second Chance SPCA. After each Art & Wine Walk, attendees are invited to a Downtown Plano Art & Wine Walk After Party at Hub Streat from 9 PM - Midnight to keep the good times going!
