    Our Plano neighborhoods are becoming increasingly diverse in many different ways. What does diversity really mean? How diverse is your neighborhood? How does neighborhood diversity affect the way we engage and communicate? And how can our neighborhood groups make sure we reach all of our neighbors? Come join us for our next Neighbors Connect Roundtable as we explore diversity. Our speaker will be Dr. Summer Allen, a facilitator, trainer, and public speaker known for her expertise in organizational, team and leadership development, as well as evaluation and measurement. The evening will consist of assessment exercises, a presentation and some examples from residents on how they are communicating and engaging with their diverse communities.
